Pflugerville High School Class of 1976

Well, our 50th reunion is officially in the books!   It’s been wrapped up, archived, and added to the history books.   Stick a fork in it, cause it’s done!    In other words… WE DID IT!

It was wonderful seeing everyone again and catching up on the past 50 years – sharing memories, stories, laughs, and all the good (and maybe not-so-good!) times along the way.   We truly were lucky to have attended Pflugerville High School when we did.

A huge thank-you goes out to our reunion committee – Glenn, Kerry, Keith, Patricia, and Joy – for all the time, effort, and hard work they put into making this reunion such a success.

Look, there’s a book!

We surprised ourselves by putting together and printing a 48-page booklet featuring write-ups from the survey submissions of 32 of you!   editor’s note: we actually created a lot of work for ourselves by asking so many survey questions, whew!

We’re assuming everyone who attended the reunion took a booklet home, but if you didn’t – or if you accidentally dropped yours in the mud, your dog ate it, or whatever – just email Kerry and he’ll send you a copy.   He also plans to mail copies to some of our classmates who couldn’t make it to the reunion.   It will take a little time to get those in the mail, so please be patient.   It would, of course, be much easier to just post a pdf copy of the booklet but we’ve decided not to do that.   It contains a little too much personal information about our classmates, and we feel it’s better to be safe than sorry.

What About the Next One?

And yes… we’re already kinda starting to think about the next gathering!   Stay tuned for more details.   Do you know of (or own, maybe?) a location that would be the perfect spot for a future reunion gathering?    Do you wish it had been a quieter setting?   Air conditioned?   Had longer or shorter hours?   Please send us your ideas for a better setting or if you know a good spot.

For now, though, we’ll just say…      Thanks for making our 50^-year reunion so memorable.
