Alumni Survey

Welcome to the alumni survey for our 50^th reunion.    You didn't think we'd forget about this, did you?

In an effort to make things a bit more interesting (and memorable, maybe), we put together a survey for our alumni.   Our intention is to publish a collection of your responses (printed or electronic, not sure yet) to distribute among ourselves as sort of a souvenir.   Don't worry, we won't be posting this one on the website due to privacy concerns.  Hopefully, we can have it ready to distribute at the reunion (in paper form).  If not, we might have to mail or email you a copy.

There are 20-ish questions in the survey – you can answer as many or as few as you like.   We ask that you fill in your name (duh), answer the 'are you coming' question, and then spend a little time with the first question which is basically asking you to summarize your life since high school in a few sentences.   Write as much or as little as you want.   You can even submit the survey several times if you think of better stuff to send us.   You can make things much more entertaining for yourself and other classmates if you will put a bit of thought into your answers.  If you wanna see the questions and do some thinking before you take the survey, click here for a printable list.

Click on the button below to start the survey.   In order for us to receive your answers, you GOTTA click the ‘submit’ button at the very end.   That's the way it works.  Otherwise, it all just goes 'poof' …
